The point

EmailPal sells infrastructure on shared and dedicated IPs. One customer sending stolen lists or malware ruins neighbours. We will suspend for that.

Read the full acceptable use policy. This article is the operator summary:

• Send to people you are allowed to contact. Any list source is fine, bought and scraped included, as long as it is lawful; stolen data is not
• Verify lists; do not throw catch-alls at a warmed pool as a default
• Leads from Prospects are a permitted source for people in the United States. You still need your own lawful basis for each person, and you may not resell, scrape or copy the data in bulk
• Honour removals: do not contact anyone who has been removed from the lead table or is suppressed
• No phishing, malware, or the usual illegal content
• Complaints are suppressed platform-wide

FAQs

Is cold email allowed?

Yes, that is the product, inside the policy. "Cold" is not a synonym for unauthenticated, unverified, or deceptive.

Can I use purchased or scraped lists?

Yes. Source your list however you like, including data providers and your own research. You are responsible for its legality and for a lawful basis to contact each person. Verify it before sending: the verification gate blocks lists at 8% projected bounce or higher, whatever their source. Stolen or leaked data and people who opted out are never allowed.

Can I email the leads I find in Prospects?

Yes, as unlimited intent leads on a paid plan, when you have a plausible business reason to contact the person and follow the rest of the policy. The data covers the United States only, is third-party and can be out of date. Calling or texting a number from it needs the consents the law requires. What happens on a violation?

Automatic holds, suppression, and account action as described in the legal pages. Support tickets are not an appeal to keep sending a stolen list.
