## The point

EmailPal sells infrastructure on shared and dedicated IPs. One customer sending stolen lists or malware ruins neighbours. We will suspend for that.

- Send to people you are allowed to contact
- Verify lists; do not throw catch-alls at a warmed pool as a default
- No phishing, malware, or the usual illegal content
- Complaints are suppressed platform-wide

## FAQs

### Is cold email allowed?

Yes, that is the product, inside the policy. "Cold" is not a synonym for unauthenticated, harvested, or deceptive.

### What happens on a violation?

Automatic holds, suppression, and account action as described in the legal pages. Support tickets are not an appeal to keep sending a stolen list.
