# Cancel your subscription

## Before you cancel

Export SMTP/IMAP if you still need the passwords. [Export mailbox credentials](/help/export-mailbox-credentials).

Open **Billing** and cancel there. Access continues through the paid-for period; we do not claw a mid-period cancel back to the hour.

## What you keep

Registered domains remain yours; we remove our DNS. Pre-warmed inventory is a **lease** — those addresses go back to the pool. Details in the [terms](/legal/terms).

Outstanding 90-day pre-warmed minimums still apply.

## FAQs

### Will you delete my data?

See the [privacy policy](/legal/privacy) and terms. Do not cancel as a substitute for a deletion request if that is what you mean.

### Can I pause instead?

Pause warming, stop campaigns, keep the plan if you want DNS and mailboxes to stay put. Cancel is for leaving.
