## From an account

Sign in → **Support** → new ticket. That is the path that ties the thread to your workspace.

Include:

- Domain names and mailbox addresses (not passwords)
- Job ids from **Activity** if a provision or claim failed
- Request ids from API errors

## Without an account

The help center and [docs](/docs) are public. Sales-shaped questions belong on the marketing site. Abuse reports go to [abuse@emailpal.io](mailto:abuse@emailpal.io) as described in [acceptable use](/help/acceptable-use).

## FAQs

### Is there live chat?

Tickets are the support channel. Growth and Scale mention Slack/WhatsApp on the pricing page when that is part of the plan.

### How fast?

We read tickets. We do not publish a fake five-minute SLA on a $69 plan.

## Need More Help?

That is this article. If the product is on fire, the ticket is still the right door.
