## What you get

Every hosted mailbox has SMTP (send) and IMAP (receive). Open the mailbox page after provisioning. Username is the full email address. Passwords are shown or exported — they are not printed on inventory listings.

Use these in Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach, a custom script, or anything that speaks SMTP.

## Export

**Mailboxes** → export, or `GET /api/public/v1/mailboxes/export`, returns a short-lived download for the fleet. See [Export mailbox credentials](/help/export-mailbox-credentials).

## FAQs

### Can I reset a password?

Yes, from the mailbox page. Update it in your sequencer the same day or sends start failing.

### Does EmailPal require OAuth for Gmail?

Hosted EmailPal mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP. If you **connected** a Google mailbox for warming, that path uses Google's auth, not our SMTP hosts.
