# Unified inbox

## What it is

One inbox for every mailbox on the account. Replies to campaigns, bounces that come back as mail, and anything else that hits MX.

**Warming traffic is filtered out by default** so a seed conversation does not look like a lead. You can show it if you are debugging warming.

## What you can do

Read, send, flag, delete. Same actions exist on `/api/public/v1/inbox`. MCP can read and send too.

### Is this a replacement for Gmail?

It is the control plane for infrastructure mailboxes. Many teams still connect SMTP to a sequencer and only use this inbox for replies that do not go back through that tool.

### Can I search?

Use the inbox filters on the dashboard. There is no separate help-center search backend for message bodies.
