# Unlimited free leads: what is included > Every paid EmailPal plan includes unlimited free leads: Prospects search, business-email reveals, lists, saved searches and add to campaign, with no credits and no per-lead charge. What a free account sees, what the honest limits are, and how it differs from credit-metered lead databases. Source: https://emailpal.io/help/unlimited-free-leads ## What "unlimited free leads" means Unlimited free leads is part of every paid EmailPal plan: Starter, Growth and Scale. You search the Prospects workspace, reveal business emails and work with the results without buying credits, topping up a balance or paying per lead. The plan fee is the only price. For the short version with a walkthrough of search, reveal, list and send, see the [Unlimited free leads page](/products/unlimited-free-leads). ## What is included On a paid plan you get all of this: - **Search** for people and for companies, with filters, a described sentence or Find a person. [Prospects: search for people and reveal business emails](/help/what-is-prospects) - **Reveals** of business emails, plus phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles where the data source has them. They load as rows come into view. There is nothing to click and nothing to spend. - **Lists** to keep the people you want, with rename, delete, remove from list and CSV export. [Add prospects to lists and campaigns](/help/add-prospects-to-lists-and-campaigns) - **Saved searches** that keep your filters. - **Add to campaign**, which saves people to the EmailPal CRM and enrolls them in an Engage campaign. - **Report a record** when the data is wrong, the person asked not to be contacted, or the email bounced. [Remove yourself or report a lead record](/help/remove-yourself-or-report-a-lead-record) AppSumo lifetime licences include it too, because they include the plan. ## What a free account gets If you have not subscribed, Prospects still opens and search still works. You see the first page of each search: names, titles, companies and locations. Emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles are locked behind **Subscribe to see**, and you cannot select people, make lists, add to a campaign or use Find a person. It is a preview so you can judge fit before you pay. ## The honest limits Unlimited does not mean without rules. These apply to every account: - **United States only.** Prospects does not cover people outside it. [Prospects coverage and acceptable use](/help/prospects-coverage-and-acceptable-use) - **Third-party data that can be out of date.** Treat a revealed email as a lead, not a promise, and verify before you send. [Lead data accuracy and verifying before you send](/help/lead-data-accuracy-and-verifying-before-you-send) - **Acceptable use.** The data is for contacting people with a plausible business reason. Scraping it, reselling it, building a database from it and getting around the service's limits (including with several accounts) are not allowed, and nobody who has been removed may be contacted. - **Rate limited per minute.** Requests are rate limited so the service stays fast for everyone. If you see a busy or too-quick message, wait a moment and retry. The table does this for you. - **Some records are not available.** A person or a company can ask to be removed, and a workspace can report a record. Those rows show **Not available**. - **No native HubSpot or Salesforce sync.** Leads reach a CRM through a CSV export, or through the EmailPal CRM when you add them to a campaign. ## How it compares with credit-based lead databases Many sequencers sell lead data separately, by the credit or the reveal. In EmailPal the leads come with the plan, so a bigger search or a bigger list does not cost more. What you still pay for is the sending side: mailboxes, domains, warming and verification checks, as on the pricing page. We do not quote a database size, and the data covers the United States only. ## FAQs ### Is it really unlimited? There are no credits and no per-lead price. You are still bound by acceptable use, by United States coverage and by the per-minute rate limit that keeps the service responsive. ### Do I need an add-on to reveal emails? No. Reveals are included on every paid plan. ### Do the plans differ in Prospects? No. Starter, Growth and Scale get the same Prospects workspace. ### What happens to my lists if my subscription lapses? You can still open, rename and delete the lists and saved searches you made. Saving new contacts, revealing and adding to campaigns need an active plan. ### Can I use leads from Prospects with Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist? Yes. Export a list as a CSV and import it there, then send from your EmailPal mailboxes over SMTP and IMAP. The rules for the data apply wherever you send it.
