What domain reputation is, how EmailPal's authentication and warming affect it, and what to do if placement drops.
What receivers remember
A domain's reputation is the story Gmail, Microsoft and Yahoo have about mail from that name: volume, spam complaints, authentication, whether users reply or hit junk.
EmailPal cannot wipe a history you brought on a BYO domain. We can:
- Authenticate correctly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Warm with measurement
- Keep you off shared-pool neighbours via isolated IP pools
- Stop obvious list damage with verification
If placement falls
- Stop adding volume
- Check warming state (Slow-Ramp means we already noticed)
- Verify the next list; drop catch-alls
- Look at copy and complaint rates, not only DNS

Is a 90-day domain a high reputation domain?
It is not new. It is not automatically trusted for bulk. Pre-warmed inventory adds measured conversations on top of age.
Should I check blacklists daily?
If you are listed, open a ticket. Random listings on brand-new domains are common and often temporary; do not panic-rotate domains as a hobby.
