How to reset an EmailPal login password from the forgot-password page. Recovery mail is sent on a separate transactional path from customer sending IPs.

Reset

Open forgot password.
Submit the email on the account.
Use the link we send. That landing page is /reset-password and requires the session the link created.

Transactional mail (resets, verification) does not share the pooled sending IPs your campaigns use. A deliverability incident must not block the email you need to sign in and fix it.

I never got the mail.

Check spam, and that you used the login email. Google/Microsoft social logins do not have a password to reset — sign in with that provider.

Can an API key reset a user password?

No. Keys automate the product. They are not your login.
