Mailboxes
SMTP and IMAP credentials
Where to find host, port, username and password for EmailPal mailboxes, and how to connect a sequencer.
What you get
Every hosted mailbox has SMTP (send) and IMAP (receive). Open the mailbox page after provisioning. Username is the full email address. Passwords are shown or exported — they are not printed on inventory listings.
Use these in Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach, a custom script, or anything that speaks SMTP.
Export
Mailboxes → export, or GET /api/public/v1/mailboxes/export, returns a short-lived download for the fleet. See Export mailbox credentials.
FAQs
Can I reset a password?
Yes, from the mailbox page. Update it in your sequencer the same day or sends start failing.
Does EmailPal require OAuth for Gmail?
Hosted EmailPal mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP. If you connected a Google mailbox for warming, that path uses Google's auth, not our SMTP hosts.
