EmailPal vs Instantly
An established all-in-one outbound platform with a 450M-contact lead database and an AI CRM, against one that bundles mailboxes, measured warming, verification, a sequencer and a CRM into a single $69 plan.
- Sequencer + CRM on every plan
- Published pricing
- Open tracking off by design
- No card to start
TL;DR
Instantly is the broader and more mature platform. Its pricing page lists outreach plans at $47/mo (Growth), $97 (Hypergrowth) and $358 (Light Speed) on monthly billing with unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup, a separate lead database of 450M+ B2B contacts bought as credits, an AI CRM that puts email, calls, SMS and tasks in one master inbox, and done-for-you Google inboxes at $5 per account per month. EmailPal is narrower but integrated: sequencer, unified inbox and CRM included from $69/mo with 50 SMTP mailboxes, measured warming, built-in list verification and pre-warmed inboxes, and open tracking off by design. Its sequencer went live on 5 October 2026. Choose Instantly for lead data, AI, calling and SMS, integrations and maturity; choose EmailPal for email-only outbound where infrastructure, deliverability safeguards and pipeline share one account.
Instantly started as a sequencer and now sells a stack: outreach, a lead database, verification, an AI CRM, AI sales and reply agents, and inboxes. Its pricing page (checked 5 October 2026) lists the outreach plans by uploaded contacts and monthly emails — Growth at $47/mo with 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails, Hypergrowth at $97 with 25,000 contacts, Light Speed at $358 with 500,000 emails and 100,000 contacts — and says every outreach plan connects unlimited email accounts with unlimited warmup. It describes itself as used by more than 50,000 sales teams.
That makes Instantly a different kind of competitor from a pure sequencer, and an honest comparison starts there: it already sells much of what EmailPal now bundles. Done-for-you Google inboxes cost $5 a month each, a CRM sits beside the sequencer, and lead data is a product in its own right. EmailPal’s argument is narrower — SMTP mailboxes on isolated IP pools with measured warming and built-in verification, wired directly into a sequencer and CRM that stop themselves when deliverability slips — and it is only worth making for teams that do not need what Instantly adds.
01
Where the two overlap: sequencer, inbox, CRM and inboxes
Both products now cover sequencing, a unified reply inbox, a CRM and mailboxes. Instantly’s Unibox collects replies from every sending account; its CRM page describes a master inbox for email, calls, SMS and tasks, automated follow-up it calls salesflows, unlimited seats, and integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce. EmailPal’s Unibox and CRM give replies a lead status, open a pipeline card on a positive reply, and add tasks, lists and per-campaign reports, for email only.
The mailboxes differ. Instantly provisions Google accounts for $5 per month each, with pre-warmed options, and standardises on Google. EmailPal’s mailboxes are SMTP on its own infrastructure: 50 are included in the $69 Starter, further ones cost $1, warming is $0.60 per inbox and graduates on measured placement, and pre-warmed inboxes are $3 per month with the measured rate attached. Google accounts and SMTP mailboxes carry different trust and different risks; neither is strictly better.
02
How each prices the work
Instantly splits the bill by job. Outreach plans meter uploaded contacts and monthly emails, lead credits are bought on a separate tab, verification is its own product, and the CRM has its own page. The page also shows bundles that combine outreach and credits. That flexibility suits teams that want to buy exactly one piece. One caution from our read of the page: the monthly email allowance for Hypergrowth appears with different figures in different places, so confirm it before you buy.
EmailPal prices mailboxes and puts everything else inside.
Inbox cost is where the two differ most plainly. Instantly’s email accounts page (checked 5 October 2026) lists done-for-you Google inboxes at $5 per account per month, on top of an outreach plan (Growth is $47/mo on monthly billing, with unlimited connected accounts and warmup). EmailPal’s Starter is $69/mo for 50 mailboxes, about $1.38 each, with the sequencer, unified inbox and CRM included; mailboxes beyond 50 are $1 each, and Growth and Scale work out to about $0.95 and $0.83 per included mailbox ($189 for 200, $499 for 600). Warming is $0.60 per inbox per month on top, and domains are bought separately ($1 to $10 once each). For 50 inboxes that is about $297 a month on Instantly ($250 in inboxes plus the $47 Growth plan) against $69 on EmailPal, or $99 with warming switched on for all 50. Neither figure includes domains, and Instantly’s plan limits on uploaded contacts and monthly emails still apply. A Google inbox and an SMTP mailbox are different products, so lower cost is not the same as equivalent.
Pre-warmed inboxes follow the same pattern, with one gap in the evidence. EmailPal leases them at $3 per inbox per month with warming included, a 90-day minimum term and the measured inbox rate attached. Instantly says pre-warmed accounts are available, but the pages we read (checked 5 October 2026) state no separate price for them, so the only like-for-like Instantly figure is the $5 done-for-you inbox. $3 is less than $5, but we cannot say an EmailPal pre-warmed inbox costs less than an Instantly pre-warmed one without that number.
03
Deliverability safeguards: instrumented infrastructure versus tuned sending
Instantly lists bounce detection and reputation protection in its plan features, an inbox placement product, and, on Light Speed, a server and IP sharding and rotation system that assigns private blocks and swaps out flagged IPs. Those are real controls, aimed at keeping a large sending operation healthy.
EmailPal’s sequencer sends from mailboxes it hosts and measures, so it can use that data: each mailbox shows its warming status and held or suspended ones are skipped, a launch runs a pre-flight check (authentication records, lead verification, blank merge fields, your physical address), and a campaign pauses automatically when its bounce rate passes your threshold (5% by default). Open tracking is not offered at all, and clicks use your own tracking domain.
04
Where EmailPal is behind
EmailPal has no lead database or email finder (leads arrive by CSV or paste), no AI copywriting or AI reply agents, no calling, SMS or LinkedIn steps, no branching in sequences, no native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zapier connectors, no client workspaces for agencies, and no OAuth sign-in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Its sequencer and CRM launched on 5 October 2026 and have no track record.
If you need to find leads, enrich them and call them from one tool, or hand data to HubSpot or Salesforce, Instantly is ahead and will stay ahead for a while.

Where Instantly is ahead
These are real advantages, and for some teams they decide it. Competitor details are quoted from their public pages on the date shown under the table.
- A 450M+ B2B lead database with filters and enrichment, so prospecting and sending live in one product. EmailPal has no lead data.
- AI throughout: sequence copy, reply handling and sales agents. EmailPal has none of these.
- A CRM that spans email, calls and SMS, with unlimited seats and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
- Unlimited connected email accounts and unlimited warmup on outreach plans, including mailboxes you already own.
- Done-for-you Google inboxes at $5 per month each, delivered in 24 to 72 hours, with pre-warmed options.

Where each one stands
Where EmailPal wins
- SMTP mailboxes, warming that graduates on measured inbox placement, verification and pre-warmed inboxes in the same account as the sequencer
- List verification included daily in every plan, where Instantly sells Verification as a separate product
- A sequencer that reads mailbox health: warming status is shown, held mailboxes are skipped, and campaigns pause automatically when the bounce rate passes your threshold
- Open tracking off by design, with click tracking on your own tracking domain
- Lower inbox cost on the published numbers: about $1.38 per included mailbox with the sequencer and CRM, against $5 per Instantly done-for-you Google inbox plus an outreach plan
- One published price for mailboxes, sequencer and CRM, rather than outreach plans, lead credits and CRM on separate tabs
Trade-offs of Instantly
- Outreach plans are metered on uploaded contacts and monthly emails (1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails on Growth)
- Lead credits are bought separately from outreach plans
- Verification is a separate product rather than part of the plan
- Done-for-you inboxes are Google accounts only, which carry Google’s enforcement as well as its trust
- The pricing page shows plans, bundles and credit tiers side by side, and the Hypergrowth email allowance appears with different figures; confirm it before buying
The verdict
EmailPal vs Instantly: which should you choose?
Instantly is the better choice if you need more than a sequencer: a lead database, AI help, calling and SMS, deep integrations, and a platform with a long track record. If you prospect and send from the same tool, its breadth is hard to match and EmailPal’s new sequencer does not try to.
EmailPal is the better fit for email-only outbound where you want the infrastructure, the deliverability controls and the pipeline in one account at a fixed price per mailbox. It is a younger product with a short feature list, and it is honest about that. On inbox cost it is the cheaper option on the published numbers: about $1.38 per included mailbox with the sequencer and CRM, or $3 for a pre-warmed inbox, against $5 per Instantly done-for-you Google inbox plus an outreach plan (Instantly figures checked 5 October 2026).
Because EmailPal mailboxes are plain SMTP and IMAP and Instantly says it connects and warms accounts from any provider, you can also use EmailPal for mailboxes, warming and verification and keep sending from Instantly while you decide.

Add-ons are the same on every plan: extra mailboxes $1/month, warming $0.60 per inbox per month, dedicated IPs $20/month, and verification blocks of 500 instant checks a day at $9.95/month. Warming is priced per inbox rather than per mailbox we host, so connecting a Gmail, an Outlook or a mailbox on your own server costs the same $0.60 and gets the same treatment. Leased inboxes sit outside your plan allowance entirely — they are not counted as mailboxes and never billed for warming twice. Mailbox overage is capped at three times your plan allowance and then blocked rather than billed, because a surprise invoice is a worse outcome than a blocked request.
EmailPal vs Instantly: common questions
Is EmailPal an Instantly alternative?
For email-only outbound, yes. EmailPal includes a sequencer, unified inbox, CRM, mailboxes, warming and verification. It does not have Instantly’s lead database, AI features, calling, SMS or CRM integrations, and its sequencer has been live only since 5 October 2026.
How does Instantly pricing compare with EmailPal?
Instantly’s pricing page (checked 5 October 2026) lists outreach plans at $47/mo for Growth, $97 for Hypergrowth and $358 for Light Speed on monthly billing, with lead credits and verification priced separately and mailboxes available as $5-per-month Google inboxes. EmailPal is $69/mo for 50 mailboxes with the sequencer, unified inbox and CRM included, and $1 per extra mailbox. They are priced on different axes, so compare using your own contacts, sends and mailboxes. On inbox cost alone, 50 inboxes come to about $297 a month on Instantly (50 x $5 plus the $47 Growth plan) and $69 on EmailPal ($99 with warming on all 50), before domains. EmailPal pre-warmed inboxes are $3 each per month with warming included; Instantly shows no separate pre-warmed price on the pages we read, so we compare it only with its $5 done-for-you inbox.
Does Instantly sell mailboxes?
Yes. Its email accounts page (checked 5 October 2026) describes done-for-you Google inboxes with DNS configured, added to your account in 24 to 72 hours at $5 per month per account, with pre-warmed accounts available. EmailPal provisions SMTP mailboxes on its own infrastructure, $1 each after the first 50, with warming measured against real provider accounts.
Does EmailPal have a lead database like Instantly?
No. EmailPal imports leads from CSV or pasted text, checks them against its list verification, and runs campaigns on them. If you want to search and enrich a lead database inside the same tool, Instantly offers that and EmailPal does not.
Which has the better CRM, EmailPal or Instantly?
Instantly’s CRM is broader: its page describes a master inbox for email, calls, SMS and tasks, AI insights on leads, unlimited seats, and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. EmailPal’s CRM is email-only but tightly tied to its sequencer: replies set lead statuses, positive replies open a pipeline card, and tasks and campaign reports sit alongside.
Can I use EmailPal mailboxes with Instantly?
Probably yes. EmailPal mailboxes are standard SMTP and IMAP, and Instantly says you can connect and warm accounts from any provider. Check that your Instantly plan accepts custom SMTP accounts, then you can use EmailPal for the mailboxes, warming and verification and keep sending from Instantly.
