What does the Identity Pixel show?
Real people who visited your site, where the data provider can identify them: name, email, job title, company and LinkedIn profile when available, plus the pages they saw and when. Anonymous visitors that cannot be matched do not appear.
How many visitors will it identify?
It depends on your traffic and who your visitors are, so we do not promise a match rate. The dashboard shows how many people were identified over the last 7 and 30 days.
How do I install it?
Add your site under Prospects, Identity Pixel, copy the snippet and paste it before the closing </head> tag on every page. Press Check install to confirm the first visit reached us.
How much does it cost?
Every paid plan includes 1 pixel. Each additional pixel is $49.95/month, prorated and charged to your card on file, and you confirm the price before it is created. Removing a pixel stops its charge at the next renewal.
Can visitors go straight into a campaign?
Turn on auto-sync and everyone with an email is added to the site's prospect list, existing visitors included, every 15 minutes. Add that list to a campaign as usual. Suppressed and removed people are skipped.
Can I change the domain of a pixel?
Yes, but identity data belongs to the domain, so the old pixel and its visitors are deleted and you get a new snippet. People already added to your lists stay there.
Do I need to update my privacy notice?
Yes. You are responsible for telling your visitors that your site uses a tracking pixel to identify them, and for any consent your local law requires. Add it to your privacy notice and cookie banner before you install the snippet.
