Find leads free and send from the same account
Unlimited free leads on every paid EmailPal plan: search people and companies, reveal business emails, verify them and send from your own warmed mailboxes. US-only data.
The short answer
EmailPal includes unlimited free leads on every paid plan, starting at $69 a month for 50 mailboxes. The Prospects workspace lets you search people and companies, reveal business emails, save them to lists and add them to a campaign that sends from the same account, with no credits and no per-lead charge. The data comes from a third-party provider, covers the United States only and can be out of date, so run the built-in verification before you send. Free accounts only see the first page of results.
Open Prospects in the dashboard, search people (or companies) by title, seniority, industry, company size, location and keywords, let the business emails load, add them to a list, verify the list, then add it to a campaign in Engage. No credits are spent on leads and no per-lead fee applies on any paid plan. Be honest with yourself about the data: it is US-only, third-party and sometimes stale, there is no enrichment or intent data, and there is no native HubSpot or Salesforce sync.
How it works, step by step
Step 1
Subscribe, because free accounts get a preview only
Prospects opens for every account, but an account without a paid plan only sees the first page of each search and cannot reveal emails. Any paid plan unlocks unlimited free leads: pagination through the results, revealing business emails, lists, saved searches, CSV export and adding people to a campaign. Plans start at $69 a month with 50 mailboxes included.
Step 2
Search people or companies
Open Prospects and switch between People and Companies. Filters include title, seniority, function, industry, company size, employee count, revenue, city, company name and keywords, and most of them have an exclude version. Save a search you will repeat so you can run it again later. Results are United States only.
Step 3
Let the business emails load
On a paid plan the business emails of the rows on screen load as you scroll the results: a short placeholder, then the address, or a plain reason there is none. There is no credit balance to watch and nothing is charged per lead. Requests are rate limited per minute, so if the table says it is busy, give it a moment and retry. Acceptable use still applies: the data is for your own prospecting, not for resale or bulk extraction.
Step 4
Save people to a list and verify before sending
Use Add to list to keep people in a named list, which also saves them as contacts in the CRM. Lead data is third-party and can be out of date, so verify the list before you send. EmailPal’s list verification checks each address, including catch-all detection, and the sequencer reads the result. Export a list as CSV if you want it in another tool.
Step 5
Add them to a campaign and send from the same account
Choose Add to campaign from the table or from a list. People who are unsubscribed, blocklisted, bounced or already in a campaign are skipped, the same as a CSV import. Then launch from your own warmed mailboxes in Engage, and read replies in the Unibox and CRM. Nothing moves between tools.
01
What “unlimited free leads” includes
On every paid plan, the Prospects workspace is included: people search, company search, revealing business emails, lists, saved searches, CSV export of a list, and adding people to a campaign. There are no lead credits, no per-lead price and no separate lead-data subscription. The price of the plan is the price of the leads.
It is subject to acceptable use. Requests are rate limited per minute, the data may not be resold or scraped in bulk, and people can ask to be removed. A free (unsubscribed) account gets a first-page preview of each search so you can see what is there before you pay.
02
What the data is, and what it is not
The records come from a third-party data provider and cover the United States only. Business emails can be out of date, people change jobs, and some addresses will bounce. That is why verification is part of the flow: verify every list before the first send, and keep the volume per mailbox modest while the bounce rate settles.
EmailPal does not publish a size for the data and does not claim to match global databases. Instantly, Smartlead and lemlist sell lead data separately on credits, and they list global coverage and extras such as enrichment, intent signals and multichannel steps. If you need those, a dedicated data tool is the right choice. If you mostly sell to US businesses and want the leads included in the same bill, Prospects is enough to start.
03
Where it fits in the account
A person you reveal becomes a normal contact when you add them to a list or a campaign, so lead statuses, deals and tasks in the CRM work the same as for imported leads. Replies land in the Unibox, a positive status opens a deal on the pipeline, and a bounce or unsubscribe stops the sequence for that address.
There is no native HubSpot or Salesforce sync. If your CRM lives elsewhere, you can push replies and statuses out with the REST API and signed webhooks, or export a Prospects list as CSV.
04
Dashboard only: no search or reveal in the API or MCP server
Searching and revealing happen in the dashboard. The public REST API and the MCP server do not have a lead search or reveal endpoint. The one lead-table endpoint in the API is POST /lead-records/{id}/report, which tells EmailPal that a record is wrong, that the person asked not to be contacted, or that it bounced. The record is hidden for your account straight away.
An agent can still manage the leads you have already added, through the campaign and lead tools, and can verify a list with verify_list. It cannot go and find new people for you.
curl -X POST https://www.emailpal.io/api/public/v1/lead-records/lr_3f9a1c07d2b84e55a6c0b1d9e4f27a38c15d0e62/report \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $EMAILPAL_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"reason": "wrong_data"}'05
Removal requests
Anyone in the data can ask to be removed on the public lead removal page: enter a work email, confirm with the link we send, and the person is removed and added to the suppression list. A company can remove its domain by proving control of it in DNS. You do not need to do anything for this to work, but it is the reason a person you found last week can be gone today.

This is not for you if
- You sell outside the United States. The included lead data is US-only.
- You need enrichment or intent signals. EmailPal does not provide them.
- You want an agent or script to search and reveal leads. That is dashboard-only; the API and MCP server can report a record but not search for one.
- You need a native HubSpot or Salesforce sync of the leads you find.
- You plan to resell the data, scrape it in bulk or send without verifying. Acceptable use forbids the first two and your bounce rate will punish the third.
Common questions
Are the leads really free?
Yes, on every paid plan. Prospects is part of the plan, with no credits and no per-lead charge. Free accounts only see a first-page preview. You still pay for the plan, and for mailboxes beyond the ones it includes.
Is there a limit on how many leads I can find?
There is no credit balance and no per-lead cost. Requests are rate limited per minute, and acceptable use applies, so the data is for your own prospecting rather than bulk extraction or resale.
Where does the data come from?
A third-party data provider. It covers the United States only, and records can be out of date, so verify before you send. EmailPal does not state a size for it.
Can I use the leads in Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist?
Yes. Download a list as CSV from Prospects and import it. Those tools sell their own lead data on credits, and EmailPal’s mailboxes also work in them as custom SMTP and IMAP accounts.
Can an AI agent find leads through the MCP server?
No. Lead search and reveal are in the dashboard. The API has one lead-table endpoint, POST /lead-records/{id}/report, and the MCP server has no tool for search or reveal. An agent can work with leads already in your account and verify lists.
Does it sync with HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. There is no native connector for either. Use the REST API and signed webhooks, or export a list as CSV.
What if someone asks to be removed?
They can use the public lead removal page: confirm by email and they are removed from the data and added to the suppression list. A record that is wrong or bounced can be reported from the table, or with the API, and it is hidden for your account immediately.
