Truly unlimited free leads, included in every plan
EmailPal includes unlimited free leads on every paid plan: search people and companies, reveal business emails, save them to lists and add them to a campaign that sends from the same account. No credits and no per-lead charge.
The honest limits: United States data only, rate limited per minute, acceptable use applies, and free accounts get a first-page preview.
- No credits
- No per-lead price
- Business emails
- Send from the same login
The list becomes a campaign. Anyone unsubscribed or bounced is skipped on the way in.
A product walkthrough in four beats, using made-up people. A search for sales leaders and founders returns people with their titles and companies. Their business emails are revealed, and the credits used counter stays at zero while the leads revealed counter keeps rising. The people are saved to a list, then the list is added to a campaign, which skips anyone who has unsubscribed or bounced.
Credits run out. This does not.
Many lead tools meter their data by the credit or the reveal. Here the leads come with the plan, so a bigger search never costs more.
Four steps from search to sent
Prospects is a workspace in your dashboard, next to the mailboxes you send from.
- 01
Search
Switch between people and companies. Filter by title, seniority, function, industry, company size, location and keywords, with excludes for what you do not want, or describe the person in a sentence.
- 02
Reveal
Business emails, plus phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles where the data source has them, load as rows come into view. There is nothing to click and nothing to spend.
- 03
Save to a list
Add people to a named list, which also saves them as contacts in the CRM. Save a search you will repeat, and download any list as a CSV if another tool needs it.
- 04
Send
Add a list to an Engage campaign. Anyone unsubscribed, blocklisted, bounced or already in a campaign is skipped, then you launch from your own warmed mailboxes.
Everything in Prospects, on every paid plan
Starter, Growth and Scale get the same workspace. It is a plan feature, not an add-on.
Search people and companies
Filter by title, seniority, function, industry, company size, location and keywords, with excludes for the things you do not want. Switch between people and the companies they work at.
Lists and saved searches
Keep people in named lists, save a search you will run again, and download a list as CSV if another tool needs it. A bigger list does not cost more.
What it is not
The data covers the United States only and comes from a third-party provider, so some of it will be out of date. There is no native HubSpot or Salesforce sync, and search and reveal live in the dashboard rather than the API. Free accounts see a first-page preview.
Find them, verify them, send to them. No CSV in between.
A person you reveal becomes a normal contact when you add them to a list or a campaign, so statuses, deals and tasks work the same as for imported leads.
Prospects
Search, reveal and list the people. You are here.
Verify
Check every address, catch-alls included, before the first send.
Engage
Sequences from mailboxes that show their warming status.
Unibox and CRM
Replies land in one place; a positive one opens a deal.
Fine print, upfront
Unlimited, with the rules written down. These apply to every account.
United States only
Prospects does not cover people outside the United States.
Third-party data that goes stale
Treat a revealed email as a lead, not a promise, and verify the list before you send.
Acceptable use applies
Contact people with a plausible business reason. Scraping, reselling, building a database from the data and dodging limits with several accounts are not allowed.
Rate limited per minute
Requests are rate limited so the service stays fast for everyone. If the table says it is busy, wait a moment and retry.
Free accounts see a preview
Without a paid plan you see the first page of each search. Emails, lists, Add to campaign and Find a person are locked.
Some records are not available
People and companies can ask to be removed and you can report a record. Those rows show Not available. There is no native HubSpot or Salesforce sync, and search lives in the dashboard.
Credit-based, or included in the plan
No numbers here, because the difference is in how the data is sold, not in a headline figure. We do not quote a database size.
Credit-based lead databases
- How you pay
- Lead data is sold separately, by the credit or the reveal.
- What a bigger list costs
- More credits, because each lead or reveal is metered.
- Where the data sits
- In a separate tool from your mailboxes, so you export and import between them.
- What they can offer that we do not
- Global coverage and extras such as enrichment and intent signals.
EmailPal Prospects
- How you pay
- The plan fee is the only price. No credits, no per-lead charge.
- What a bigger list costs
- Nothing more. A bigger search or a bigger list does not cost more.
- Where the data sits
- In the same account as your mailboxes, warming, verification, Engage, Unibox and CRM.
- What it will not do
- Cover people outside the United States, or add enrichment and intent data. If you need those, a dedicated data tool is the right choice.
What you still pay for is the sending side: mailboxes, domains, warming and verification checks, as on the pricing page.
Questions about unlimited free leads
Straight answers, including the less flattering ones.
Is it really unlimited?
There are no credits and no per-lead price, so searching more, revealing more and building a bigger list does not cost more. The plan fee is the only price. You are still bound by acceptable use, by United States coverage and by the per-minute rate limit that keeps the service responsive.
Do I need an add-on to reveal emails?
No. Reveals, lists, saved searches and Add to campaign are part of every paid plan, and Starter, Growth and Scale get the same Prospects workspace. It is a plan feature, not an add-on, and AppSumo lifetime licences include it because they include the plan.
What does a free account see?
Prospects opens and search works, but you only see the first page of each search: names, titles, companies and locations. Emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles are locked behind Subscribe to see, and you cannot select people, make lists, add to a campaign or use Find a person. It is a preview so you can judge fit before you pay.
Can I use the leads with Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist?
Yes. Export a list as a CSV from Prospects and import it there, then send from your EmailPal mailboxes over SMTP and IMAP. The rules for the data apply wherever you send it.
Which countries does it cover?
The United States only. Prospects does not cover people outside it, and EmailPal does not publish a size for the data. If you sell outside the United States, or you need enrichment or intent data, a dedicated data tool is the better fit.
How accurate is the data?
It comes from a third-party provider and can be out of date: people change jobs and some addresses will bounce. Treat a revealed email as a lead, not a promise. Run the built-in list verification, which checks each address including catch-all detection, before the first send, and keep the volume per mailbox modest while the bounce rate settles.
Can I search for leads from the API or an AI agent?
No. Searching and revealing happen in the dashboard. The public API and the MCP server have no lead search or reveal endpoint. The one lead-table endpoint reports a record as wrong, bounced or asked-not-to-be-contacted, and an agent can still work with leads already in your account and verify a list.
How do I remove a record, or get removed?
If a record is wrong, the person asked not to be contacted or the email bounced, report it from the table and it is hidden for your account straight away. Anyone in the data can ask to be removed on the public lead removal page: they confirm with a link we email, and they are removed and added to the suppression list. A company can remove its domain by proving control of it in DNS.
What happens to my lists if my subscription lapses?
You can still open, rename and delete the lists and saved searches you made. Saving new contacts, revealing emails and adding people to campaigns need an active plan.
Stop buying leads by the credit
